Stephen completed a very detailed and comprehensive roof survey in late 2023 with recommendations for repairs and replacements. With shared building responsibility this enabled easy informed discussion with residents to agree a programme of works. Works were completed to an agreed programme to a high standard and in a very professional manner. A clean, tidy worksite was maintained at all times with excellent communication throughout the process.

Following a couple of leaks in our roof, Stephen examined the areas thoroughly, explained what was required and provided us with photographs to back this up. He then followed this up with a detailed quote for the work needing to be done. As we have a shared roof with three other neighbours, this allowed us to share all of this information with them and quickly agree to proceed with the repairs. The work was carried out swiftly and we were provided with further photographs showing that the work had been carried out to a very high standard. Excellent job from start to finish carried out in a totally professional manner and we cannot recommend Edinburgh Leadcraft highly enough. 

Steve and his team from Edinburgh Leadcraft completed major leadwork on our roof in 2023. We hired them after a bad leadwork experience and they were champions. Steve was extremely professional and willing to answer all of our questions, describe the what and the why of leadwork. The team was courteous, clean, punctual, and very good natured. Steve left some beautiful lead castings on each of the window areas. The ninja warriors on our grandson's room was extremely well received. We would recommend Edinburgh Leadcraft 100%.
